Laura our Dental Therapist joined the team in November 23. She graduated from the University of the Highlands and Islands in 2017 with a BSC in Oral Health Sciences. 

 

Since qualification Laura has gained experience in a variety of clinical environments including General Dental Practice and the Public Dental Service working with complex needs patients. She has taken part in epidemiological studies as an NDIP assessor and gained further qualifications in Inhalation Sedation and facial aesthetics. 

 

At present Laura splits her working week with us and as a University Lecturer to undergraduate Therapists on the BSC where she has been in post since 2021.  

 

Aside from dentistry Laura loves going on holiday and spending time with her friends and family.
