At your initial visit we will ask that you fill in a confidential medical history form, the details of which will be entered on our computer database.  This form, which is a legal requirement, will be updated regularly to keep us up to date with any changes to your details or medications.

Your dentist will discuss this medical history with you and conduct a thorough examination of your mouth, which may include any necessary X-rays.  We encourage you to tell us how you feel about your teeth and gums and discuss any concerns you may have regarding them.

Once we have gathered the information we require we will be in a better position to discuss and explain any treatment required.  It may be necessary to make further appointments, which will allow us sufficient time to complete your treatment.
